This house was the classic 80's builders special and the homeowner wanted to bring it into the 21st century so we basically tore off the front and all the finishes and added some updated elements.

After exterior renovation photo; we changed the entry and roofline over bay window, added new windows, rock, board siding, shake shingles, soffit and facia, lighting and art glass and a fresh coat of "Barn Red" paint on the front door. Now for the landscaping...

Before Tuscan photo..... This was another pink 80's builders special that the homeowener wanted to have a more European Tuscan flavor, so
...again we tore all the finishes off, replaced the windows, and front door, added shutters, stucco, iron ballustrade details, lighting, stone, a forged bronze cupola and chimney cap and glazed the existing brick. There you have a perfect Tuscan Villa!
